Hours of Operation

8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Thursday Florence County Courthouse will be closed the following holidays: New Years Day, Presidents' Day, Friday before Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve If any of the above mentioned holidays falls on Saturday, it shall be observed the preceding Friday and if a holiday falls on Sunday, it shall be observed on the following Monday. To report a public health emergency or communicable disease after hours, contact dispatch at 715-528-3346.

Children & Family Health   We want to help prevent infant and childhood mortality and morbidity. Some of our programs include WIC, Partnership for Drug-Free Kids, Safe Kids USA, Safe to Sleep, and Stop Bullying. For More information, see Children & Family Health Services page.
Fitness & Wellness Programs    Wellbeing classes and social motivation so you reach your health goals. For all ages and fitness levels. Strong Bodies Class, Yoga classes, and other health and fitness classes will be offered! For more information, see the Fitness & Wellness Programs page.
Reproductive Health   Call to make an appointment to visit our Health Family Planning Clinic. Get more about Intimate Partner Violence, Trauma, Suicide Prevention, and Family Planning. For more information see the Reproductive Health Page. Immunizations   Immunizations for children are free if the child is a Medicaid participant, does not have insurance or if the family’s private insurance doesn’t cover vaccines. Vaccines for adults are also available. For more information go to the Immunizations Page.
Inspections and Licensing   The Food Safety & Recreational Licensing staff are responsible for managing and enforcing applicable state codes for the inspection and licensure of restaurants, hotels, pools, campgrounds, and more. For more information, see the Inspections and Licensing page.
