Strong Bodies Virtual – Community Strength Training Program for Women and Men in Florence County, and Foodwise, will be offering the Strong Bodies Program in person at the Florence Natural Resource Center. Strong Bodies is an exercise program for middle-aged and older adults. The program is an 8-week class that meets twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) for about 60 minutes and goes through a routine of 10 exercises using dumbbells and ankle weights (provided).
